How long will it take to receive my order?

Most Ground shipments typically arrive within 3-7 business days. We also don't offer overnight expedited. Please keep in mind, that estimated shipping times DO NOT include processing times. Most orders take 1-2 business days to process. Processing and shipments are based on business days only and DO NOT include holidays or weekends. It is estimated that over 70% of the population suffer from rolling inwards of the foot and fallen arches (i.e., excess pronation), which is the major contributing factor to foot problems. As we get older this problem often worsens.

How do I clean my shoes?

WalkHero shoes can be cleaned by hand-washing them with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For best results, clean your shoes immediately after exposure to mud or dirt. Allow shoes to air-dry at room temperature. It is important that you do not machine-wash or machine-dry your shoes.

How do I make an exchange?

Note: The goods must be returned to us through the label, otherwise we will not receive the goods.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 180-day trial period. You can return or exchange your shoes for free with no questions asked.

Please note that shoes, socks, undies & apparel must be unworn and undamaged in their original packaging within their return timeframe and all sock bundles and other accessories are final sales. Lastly, refunds must be requested in the same country as the original purchase.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Thank you very much for placing an order with us! We will ship the order within 12 hours after you place the order, and the order information cannot be changed after delivery.
